Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare timely financial reports and analyze costs, trends, KPIs, and variances.
- Partner with department heads and SFC teams to provide financial guidance and decision support.
- Ensure compliance with global policies, local regulations, and internal control requirements.
- Support audits and maintain strong governance over spending and approvals.
- Identify and implement improvements in finance processes, reporting, and performance management.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support daily finance operations and guide finance team members as needed.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A; multinational experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
