Job Description


Role Description:

 

Responsible for leading, motivating and managing the Team of 10 employees. Ensure the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on daily basis to client in area of AP process, in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s).

Aims at improving process and motivating staff to do the same. Responsible for following control procedures and maintaining operational procedures.

 

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

 

Service Delivery

  • Direct supervisor for the team of 10 people
  • Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLAs.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function.
  • Ensures that transactions are being processed accurately and on a timely basis, KPIs are being reported systematically,
  • the deadlines are kept.
  • Makes sure that process is conducted and controlled according to the agreed procedures and any specifics or other special handling variances are processed according to defined procedures,
  • Identifies and reports to the SDM important process issues as well as recommends potential solutions.
  • Responsible for keeping operating procedures up to date according to IMS requirements.
  • 1st level of contact and operational communication with the client
  • 1st point of escalation
  • Prepares reports to the Service Delivery Manager or client.
  • Issue solving, suggesting possible changes or solutions to SDM or the Client
  • Involved in audits, reporting and recruitment process

 

Continuous Improvements:

  • Continuously strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes, subject to approval of the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the team to do the same, subject to approval of the Service Delivery Manager.
  • As required, ensures IMS requirements are followed

 

Team Management:

  • Managing the team of 10 team members
  • Leads, manages and develops the Team, ensuring effective communication
  • Responsible for managing staff issues (timesheets, recruitment, managing overtime, holidays, appraisals, sickness, training, regular team meetings, etc.).
  • Conducting regular team and individual meetings, providing feedback to the team and individuals on regular basis
  • Promotes cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Participates in employees’ development by coaching, delegating and constructive feedback practices. Identifies areas for employees’ development
