Job Description


Overview: 

Manage Finance Service Delivery team and be responsible for Account Development on the Engagement level; Coordinate the process execution according to the agreed set of procedures and client expectations (SLA); Act as an escalation point for client, high level management and subordinates. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

Account Development (AD):

  • Drive AD with various stakeholders on the Engagement (on the Group and regional level)
  • Take active part in the Global and strategic projects in the Enagement
  • Defines new opportunities by identification of potential areas where scope of project can be increased.
  • Encourages the Client to identify other areas that could have the impact on scope increase
  • Support the sales process in the organization.
  • Cooperates with sales and transition team on most effective projects’ set-up for new deals.    
  • Analyze Financial results:
  • Revenue Analysis, Cost Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Overdue receivables.    

Service Delivery:

  • Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations 
  • Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the Client
  • Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the Client    

Improvements and productivity:

  • Discuss and agree productivity levels for the client on the yearly basis
  • Drive process standardization and continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the team to do the same (LEAN)
       

Team Management:

  • Creates strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization
  • Encourages cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing 
  • Talents development process and recruitment process support

Compliance:

  • Assure Engagement compliance with ISO and other standards
  • Support audits (internal and external)
