Job Description
As a Delivery Executive, you will lead and oversee large-scale engineering projects with 200+ engineers, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and business growth. You'll be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and driving innovation across complex engineering programs.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading complex engineering programs and managing large teams across multiple locations to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships at executive level while driving strategic business growth and operational excellence
- Overseeing project governance, risk management, and financial performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
- Implementing and optimizing delivery methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align delivery strategies with business goals and client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale engineering projects with demonstrable success in managing teams of 200+ engineers
- Strong track record in client relationship management at executive level with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven expertise in project governance, risk management, and financial management of complex engineering programs
- Experience in implementing and optimizing delivery methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
