Role Overview

Role:

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the offshore Scrum team for all functional and business-related queries within a 20-person Agile team distributed within Europe and India
  • Collaborate effectively with other Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements to:
  •  Refine and groom the product backlog
  •  Prioritize requirements based on business value and dependencies



Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Experience with requirements engineering
  • Experience with Agile working models
  • Interest and aptitude in coordination, e.g. in context of releases
  • Mentoring or guiding junior BAs within the team
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Fluency in English

 

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in German
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with Java, Azure/AWS
