Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team!

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Act as SPOC between developers, product owners, and testers.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support process implementation and optimization.
  • Maintain structured documentation (requirements, processes, user guides).
  • Work with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong skills in requirements engineering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical concepts and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
  • Experience working closely with development and QA teams.
  • Knowledge of additional tools (e.g., Confluence, BPMN tools).
  • Experience with documentation standards and process frameworks.
  • Familiarity with integration projects or product-driven environments.
