About the Role

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Test Engineers and Associate PMOs to join our dynamic team.
These roles offer an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in international projects within a fully German-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

The Associate Test Engineer will be responsible for

• Executing functional and non-functional testing activities
• Designing, documenting, and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
• Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects
• Collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure quality delivery
• Participating in test planning and continuous improvement activities

The Associate PMO will be responsible for

• Supporting project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting activities
• Assisting with project governance, documentation, and controls
• Monitoring project financials, timelines, and resource allocation
• Preparing dashboards and reports using Excel
• Contributing to process improvements and project coordination

Qualifications

Associate Test Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• ISTQB certification (preferred)
• Understanding of testing methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Associate PMO:

• Interest in Project Management / PMO / Project Controlling / Finance
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts
• Strong Excel skills 
• Good organizational and communication skills

Requirements (Both Roles)

• German level C1 (mandatory) – ability to work in a fully German-speaking project environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
