Long Description
1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent databases
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring roles
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive talent
2. Screening & Candidate Assessment
- Review CVs and evaluate candidates against role requirements
- Conduct phone/video screenings to assess fit, motivation, and availability
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with accurate summaries
3. Interview Coordination & Logistics
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure interviewers are well‑briefed and prepared
- Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools
- Understanding of basic interviewing and talent screening techniques
- Fluent English
