Job Description

Skills/competencies required:

  • Handle client queries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Responsible for high-quality delivery of assigned Talent Acquisition activities (candidate screening, interview scheduling).
  • Ensure all activities are executed accurately and within SLAs, with strong attention to detail and candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate data in systems (ATS) and ensure records are up to date and compliant.
  • Daily interaction with clients in English (C1 level required) via email/phone.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
  • Cooperate effectively with team members and support knowledge sharing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking activities and identifying issues.

Nice to have:

  • First experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform candidate screening based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage assigned part of the process in line with defined procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS.
  • Follow escalation paths and resolve operational issues within scope.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure process continuity and efficiency.
  • Support team in maintaining documentation accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality delivery and process compliance.
