Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network, system, and connectivity-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of VMware virtual environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within defined service levels.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Network Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of network security concepts, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or VMware certifications are a plus.
