Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support and deliver Finance & Controlling solutions across global projects. You will work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO processes, ensuring seamless financial operations and integration with other SAP modules.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and other modules.
• Develop functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
• Support end‑to‑end project phases: design, build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Handle month-end/year-end closing support and financial reporting needs.
• Conduct UAT, deliver end-user training, and prepare process documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support with timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and drive process improvements.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes.
• Expertise in FI (AP, AR, GL, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Costing, PCA, CCA, Internal Orders).
• Experience in cross‑module integration (MM, SD, PP).
• Solid experience with interfaces, IDocs, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Fiori apps).
• Knowledge of New Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA).
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Prior consulting experience or participation in large-scale ERP programs.

Develop your knowledge in a business andoror industry domain and a Saas or Package Based solution. One can contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Module.
