Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Advisory Consultant to join our vibrant team! As the Senior Advisory Consultant, you will be responsible for summary
Leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies. Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements, focused on an industry or service offering. Requires an in-depth understanding of an organization’s business, industry requirements and systems.

Accountabilities:
• Understanding the customer’s strategic, organizational and business challenges and offers solutions as they relate to the future business environment and operational objectives.
• May include analyzing requirements, implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer, project management, change management, etc.
• Works closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting team members, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.
• Leads solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred).

- 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

-Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields.

-In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

-Fluency in written and spoken English.

-Strong analytical and reporting skills.

-Proficiency in consulting tools, project management tools, and solution design frameworks.
