Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management to join our vibrant team! As the Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management, you will be responsible for summary
Leads the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new and/or existing products or services. Oversee performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. This is typically a client facing 'billable' role.



Accountabilities
• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.

Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialization, principles and practices within a professional discipline

Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify causes

Problem solving

Works on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Devises solutions based on limited information and precedents and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues

Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action

Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points

 

Experience & Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred).

- 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience

-Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields.

-In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

-Fluency in written and spoken English.

-Strong analytical and reporting skills.

-Proficiency in consulting tools, project management tools, and solution design frameworks.
