Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Adoption Change Manager to help our clients successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, manage organizational change, and deliver positive employee experiences through effective communication, training, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute adoption and change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders to build awareness, buy-in, and support for change initiatives.
  • Create and deliver communication plans, training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Partner with UX, Experience, and Data teams to gather user insights and improve adoption outcomes.
  • Identify and address resistance to change through targeted engagement and support strategies.
  • Track adoption success through KPIs, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage innovative techniques, including gamification, to increase user engagement and adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate change and transformation programs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Adoption Management, Organizational Change Management, Employee Communications, or a related change-focused role.
  • 6–9 years of total professional experience, including experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Model.
  • Experience delivering change management, communication, training, and adoption programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using gamification and other engagement techniques to drive adoption.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage change across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of UX, employee experience, IT operations, or IT processes is an advantage.
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
