AI Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced  AI Program Manager responsible for driving the strategy, governance, execution, and large-scale adoption of AI programs across business units. The role will lead complex AI transformation initiatives, orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage enterprise stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines deep program management expertise, AI delivery leadership, technology understanding, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement capabilities to accelerate enterprise-wide Agentic AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Agentic AI programs, aligning strategic objectives with business outcomes and organizational priorities. 
• Lead end-to-end program management of Agentic AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and value realization. 
• Manage multiple concurrent Agentic AI workstreams ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance requirements. 
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to deliver AI agent and multi-agent solutions. 
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, risk controls, and reporting mechanisms for Agentic AI programs. 
• Drive enterprise adoption of reusable Agentic AI platforms, accelerators, and best practices. 
• Oversee resource planning, dependency management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. 
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. 
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes through AI agents and autonomous workflows. 
• Monitor emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks and recommend innovations. 
• Drive executive reviews, steering committee engagements, and senior leadership communications. 
• Champion change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Long Description

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
• 12+ years of overall industry experience with significant expertise in enterprise program management, AI/ML, and technology transformation. 
• Proven experience managing large-scale AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI programs in enterprise environments. 
• Experience delivering AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms. 
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, portfolio management, and program governance. 
• Experience in budget management, business case development, financial tracking, and vendor management. 
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills. 
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and risk management. 
• Exposure to Agentic AI use cases across SAP, Salesforce, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Service domains. 
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI-led transformation initiatives. 
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
