Operational Manager

The Opportunity

Join our Identity Governance & Administration team as an RSA Operations Lead and take ownership of one of the organization's most critical security capabilities.

In this senior role, you will lead enterprise IAM operations for RSA IAM/IGA, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless identity lifecycle management at scale. You will be accountable for service delivery, operational performance, platform stability, and the continuous enhancement of IAM services. Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding operational KPIs, maintaining 99% platform uptime, and driving a culture of operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across the identity governance landscape.

About GIT:

The IT function’s main objectives are to support and partner with the business to enable them to be both efficient and profitable. We implement global standards and integrate all BUs into a unified IT services model. The function qualifies through project charters the requirements from the business and serves as their advocate in dealings with the Global Group IT functions. The team

ISS (Infrastructure Security Services) is a critical component of Capgemini's Group IT function, which supports partners with the business to enable efficiency and profitability. ISS integrates various security services, including Contextual Access (SWG, CASB, ZTNA), Identity and Access Management (IGA, AM and PAM), Micro Segmentation, SIEM, SOAR and Endpoint Security, to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment, which operates in line with Capgemini’s Zero Trust framework.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IAM operations (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access provisioning,

deprovisioning)

• Ensure SLA adherence, service availability, and incident resolution

• Manage IAM support teams and vendors

• Document technical processes, SOP’s.

• Drive system health monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning

• Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

• Support access certifications, SoD controls, and audit remediation

• Provide reporting on KPIs, risks, and operational metrics

• Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual efforts

• Lead, mentor, and develop IAM operations teams

• Manage capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews

Our Ideal Candidate

• 6-8 years in IAM, with strong operations leadership experience

• Hands-on knowledge of IGA, RBAC/ABAC models

• Experience with tools like RSA

• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and risk frameworks

• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in identity governance or IAM systems.

• Familiarity with IAM Operations.

• Experience in large enterprise/global delivery models
