The Opportunity
We are looking for an IAM Operational Analyst to join our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our RSA Identity Governance platform, helping to ensure secure and efficient lifecycle identity management across the organization.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to support access governance processes, troubleshoot production issues, onboard new applications, and continuously improve our identity management capabilities.

The team
ISS (Infrastructure Security Services) is a critical component of Capgemini's Group IT function, which supports partners with the business to enable efficiency and profitability. ISS integrates various security services, including Contextual Access (SWG, CASB, ZTNA), Identity and Access Management (IGA, AM and PAM), Micro Segmentation, SIEM, SOAR and Endpoint Security, to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment, which operates in line with Capgemini’s Zero Trust framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the RSA IGA platform, including Aveksa servers, connectors, and agents.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new applications into the identity governance environment.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize collectors, business rules, and entitlement mappings.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and directory services teams to identify and resolve issues and enhance operational processes.
- Support audit, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities related to identity governance and access management.
- Perform routine health checks, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure stability, performance, and security of the platform.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
- Assist in maintaining governance controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience with RSA technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RSA IGL (Aveksa) is strongly preferred but other products like Saviynt, Sailpoint also works.
- Understanding of Identity Governance concepts, access management, and provisioning processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
