Infrastructure Lead

The Opportunity

Your Role

As Infrastructure Lead for Neo, you will be responsible for defining and governing the cloud infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring operational excellence and enabling engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Define and evolve Neo’s cloud infrastructure architecture and environment strategy
• Ensure performance, scalability, availability, and reliability across Development, QA, and Production environments
• Lead and coordinate infrastructure initiatives across engineering, reliability, security, and architecture teams
• Establish infrastructure standards, operational procedures, documentation, and governance practices
• Manage technical dependencies and ensure infrastructure readiness to support platform growth and future requirements
• Collaborate directly with Google Cloud teams on architecture reviews, platform optimization, provisioning, and troubleshooting
• Drive infrastructure automation and operational excellence through modern cloud engineering practices
• Support secure-by-design principles, ensuring environments meet enterprise security and compliance requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure architecture and design, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, cloud-native technologies, and scalable distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, identity and access management, environment isolation, and infrastructure automation
• Proven ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and architectural reasoning skills
