The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our Identity Governance platform (RSA), ensuring the reliability, integrity, and performance of data that underpins enterprise identity lifecycle management.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions that enable secure, compliant, and efficient identity governance across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work within a business-critical security domain while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 

About GIT:

The IT function’s main objectives are to support and partner with the business to enable them to be both efficient and profitable. We implement global standards and integrate all BUs into a unified IT services model. The function qualifies through project charters the requirements from the business and serves as their advocate in dealings with the Global Group IT functions. The team

ISS (Infrastructure Security Services) is a critical component of Capgemini's Group IT function, which supports partners with the business to enable efficiency and profitability. ISS integrates various security services, including Contextual Access (SWG, CASB, ZTNA), Identity and Access Management (IGA, AM and PAM), Micro Segmentation, SIEM, SOAR and Endpoint Security, to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment, which operates in line with Capgemini’s Zero Trust framework.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage RSA systems' supporting databases using SQL (Oracle) technologies.

Write and optimize (PL)SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Work with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure data integrity and

compliance.

• Monitor, build and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows for reliability and performance.

• Document technical processes, workflows, and integration logic.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 years’ experience with RSA technologies.

• Proficiency with SQL (Oracle) and working with relational databases.

• Experience in Python or a similar programming language.

• Strong data engineering mindset with an understanding of data pipelines and automation.

• Knowledge of web API’s including implementation.

• Awareness of security principles and best practices in data handling and identity management.

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
