Tech Lead – Performance Engineering & Platform Reliability-Capgemini Engineering


🕒 Horario de trabajo: 12 a 21 hs (alineado a horario PST)

💼 Responsabilidades
-Liderar iniciativas de performance engineering, testing y optimización de sistemas
-Definir e implementar estrategia de testing de performance, automatización y carga en CI/CD
-Gestionar y optimizar pipelines CI/CD, infraestructura y estabilidad de entornos
-Implementar frameworks de monitoreo, reporting y análisis de performance
-Establecer prácticas de observabilidad (tracing, métricas, logging)
-Habilitar plataformas de testing y soluciones de emulación para escenarios realistas
-Definir KPIs, dashboards y prácticas de mejora continua
-Mentorear al equipo, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia, automatización y confiabilidad

🧠 Requisitos técnicos (mandatorios)
-Experiencia en SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
-Conocimientos sólidos en Azure Cloud y/o AWS
-Experiencia con microservicios y arquitecturas distribuidas
-Herramientas de observabilidad: Datadog, Splunk
-Experiencia con AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
-Performance testing con herramientas como JMeter
-Experiencia gestionando pipelines CI/CD y automatización
-Buen nivel de inglés para interacción con stakeholders globales
