Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Advanced PowerShellscripting skills for deployment automation and system configuration
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Windows OS imaging and customization in enterprise or retail environments.
  • Expertise with MDT, PXE, and bare‑metal deployment workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware fundamentals, including BIOS/UEFI, chipsets, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills

Secondary Skills:

  • Working knowledge of POS systems and peripheral device integration.
  • Knowledge of GIT/GITHUB
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management tools is a plus
  • Monitoring Tools – Splunk/Datadog, Docker
