Job Description

Estamos en búsqueda de un Practice Lead para liderar nuestra práctica de Software Product Engineering en Argentina.

 

-Ubicación: Argentina

 

Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, preventa, arquitectura de soluciones y liderazgo de equipos de ingeniería, capaz de impulsar el crecimiento de la práctica, generar oportunidades comerciales y acompañar a clientes en sus procesos de transformación digital y adopción de IA. 

 

Principales responsabilidades

• Definir y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento de la práctica DSPE. 
• Participar en actividades de preventa, propuestas y solución técnica. 
• Actuar como advisor para clientes y stakeholders ejecutivos. 
• Liderar proyectos de Software Product Engineering, Cloud y AI. 
• Desarrollar y mentorear equipos de alto desempeño. 
• Trabajar junto a equipos de ventas, delivery y partners tecnológicos. 

 

Requisitos

• Inglés avanzado. 
• Más de 10 años de experiencia en preventa, arquitectura, consultoría o liderazgo tecnológico. 
• Experiencia en Software Product Engineering, Cloud y soluciones basadas en IA. 
• Experiencia liderando iniciativas de transformación tecnológica. 
• Capacidad para interactuar con clientes a nivel ejecutivo. 
• Certificaciones Cloud (Azure, AWS u otras) son altamente valoradas.
