Job Description

Responsabilidades: 

Se busca un profesional con sólida experiencia en el ámbito de Calidad dentro de la industria farmacéutica, con especialización en procesos biotecnológicos y en laboratorios de Control de Calidad. La posición tiene como principal responsabilidad la coordinación y supervisión del proyecto de transferencia de métodos analíticos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, los plazos establecidos y las normativas GMP aplicables.


El candidato será responsable de la planificación, seguimiento y control de actividades técnicas, así como de la interacción con otras áreas implicadas en el proyectos, promoviendo la eficiencia y la mejora continua en los procesos.

 


Requisitos mínimos:
• Titulación universitaria en Farmacia, Biotecnología, Química o área científica afín.
• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en entornos biotecnológicos.
• Experiencia demostrable en transferencia de métodos analíticos y laboratorios de Control de Calidad.
• Conocimiento sólido de las normativas GMP y de las guías internacionales aplicables (EMA, FDA, ICH).
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados.
