AI Architect | Lead AI Transformation

 

Buscamos un perfil con visión de negocio, expertise técnico en IA y experiencia liderando transformaciones organizacionales, capaz de impulsar la evolución hacia servicios basados en Generative AI, Agentic AI y modelos orientados a resultados.

-Ubicación: Argentina
-Salario dolarizado, liquidado en pesos según dólar BNA venta.
-Relación de dependencia con Capgemini.


Requisitos principales

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en Software Engineering, Arquitectura, Consultoría o Transformación Digital.
  • Al menos 4 años liderando iniciativas empresariales de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Experiencia comprobada diseñando e implementando soluciones de Generative AI a escala empresarial.
  • Conocimiento profundo de: Agentic AI y sistemas multiagente, LLMs y Foundation Models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Frameworks de orquestación de IA, AI Governance y Responsible AI, Plataformas cloud: Azure AI, AWS AI o Google AI
  • Experiencia definiendo arquitecturas empresariales escalables y estándares de adopción de IA.
  • Experiencia liderando programas de transformación de servicios, delivery.
  • Capacidad para interactuar y presentar iniciativas ante stakeholders C-Level.
  • Experiencia colaborando con áreas de ventas, consultoría, delivery y transformación de negocio.
  • Inglés avanzado (mandatorio).
