YOUR ROLE
- Comprehensive understanding of the business problem and solution, reviewing and approving (accepting) the Business Requirements Specification (BRS).
- High-level knowledge and design of the systems required for the solutions, professional coordination and integration of necessary developments for new and existing systems, and quality assurance of these developments throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Review and approval of the System Requirements Specification (SRS) of related systems, with critical attention to interfaces (data flow, data mapping, etc.).
- Writing comprehensive requirement specifications (SRS) and continuously updating them based on changing needs. If the designed solution requires the introduction of a new system, then the detailed specification and design of that system is also necessary—i.e., performing general system analyst tasks.
- Leading and planning solution design work (selecting tools – workshops, interviews, etc.).
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and conducting workshops.
- Checking and quality assurance of IT deliverables on the IT side.
- Active participation in solution reviews, presenting the IT part.
- Reviewing the project plan and participating in its development (integrating IT solution components).
- High-level planning of go-live, prepared in the appropriate depth for the given phase, reviewing and approving detailed system-level plans (sequences, communication plan, schedule).
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education degree in IT or engineering
- Experience in a similar field (minimum 3 years)
- Thorough knowledge of system design and software development methodologies
- At least intermediate level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Availability for 2 days of in-office presence per week
