ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for engineers to join a development team working on a product-focused initiative within a large-scale retail environment.

This is a high-impact role, where you will contribute to building and evolving scalable digital solutions supporting core business operations.

You will collaborate in a cross-functional team with designers, data specialists, and domain experts, contributing end-to-end to product development.

YOU WILL

  • Develop high-quality, well-tested applications using React and Node.js
  • Work in a cloud-native environment with modern engineering practices
  • Contribute to solution design and technical modelling
  • Participate in end-to-end development, from idea to production
  • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, data, business)
  • Implement and support experimentation and A/B testing to drive product decisions
  • Ensure code quality, performance and scalability

YOU HAVE

Must-have

  • Strong experience with React (frontend development)
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js (backend / fullstack exposure)
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with automated testing and quality-focused development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with product experimentation / A-B testing
  • Background in retail / e-commerce
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams
  • Understanding of data-driven development
