Senior Data Quality Professional

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and maintain data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure high data integrity.
• Translate business use cases and data model definitions into clear data quality requirements.
• Maintain documentation and provide training on data quality policies.
• Understand the project’s data model and confidently define querying logic.
• Specify technical requirements for data quality checks and reporting dashboards.
• Support the design, implementation, and validation of data quality checks and reporting tools.
• Provide manual evidence of data quality issues when automated reports are insufficient.
• Offer expert guidance on data quality best practices and tooling.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization/reporting.
• Background in the insurance industry and familiarity with industry‑specific data needs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with Data Vault modelling.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks.
• Experience with data quality tools or platforms.
