ABOUT THE ROLE

The Security Specialist supports security activities within the CEE region, primarily focusing on Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Working closely with Group Security teams and local stakeholders, the role helps coordinate activities related to People Security, Physical Security, Security for Business and Crisis Management. The position serves as a local point of contact for security-related topics and promotes security awareness and best practices across the organization. The role is supported by Group Security subject matter experts and works closely with local business stakeholders.

Occasional travel to other countries within the assigned region may be required to support local teams, security initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.

YOU WILL

  • Serve as a local point of contact for security-related topics, supporting activities across Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of Capgemini security policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, CRES, Cyber, Communications and Delivery teams to promote security best practices.
  • Support security awareness activities, training initiatives and communication campaigns.
  • Participate in the investigation and coordination of security incidents, working closely with local and Group Security experts.
  • Monitor security-related metrics, contribute to reporting activities and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with Group Security requirements and relevant certifications.

YOU HAVE

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in security, risk management, compliance, audit, business continuity or a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of security governance, security awareness or compliance-related activities.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and functions.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
