YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and manage medium-scale projects from initiation to completion
  • Gather, validate, and prioritize customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines and deliverables
  • Support stakeholders in adopting solutions and ensure alignment with best practices
  • Identify dependencies and coordinate with internal teams for feature development and customization
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and internal development teams
  • Represent the project in cross-functional meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Manage project scope and push back on non-essential requests
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across development, architecture, rollout, and operations teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of releases, upgrades, and changes

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Project Management
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German) are an advantage

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years’ experience in project management
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) concepts
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Availability for hybrid work setup (onsite 1–2 days per week)
