YOUR ROLE
As a V.I.E – Talent Acquisition & Delivery Center Coordination Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Capgemini Romania Delivery Center’s recruitment strategy. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR teams, contributing to recruitment operations, performance monitoring and employer branding initiatives towards universities and young talents.
- Your responsibilities will focus on: Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including CV screening, pre‑qualification, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
- Conducting sourcing activities through job boards, LinkedIn and other digital recruitment tools.
- Maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date candidate database to ensure data quality.
- Acting as a primary point of contact to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Consolidating and updating recruitment KPIs, producing dashboards and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Coordinating partnerships with universities and supporting early-career recruitment events and employer‑branding initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree from a Business School or University, ideally in Human Resources, Management, Business or a related field;
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in recruitment, HR, campus relations or project coordination is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive, autonomous mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in human interactions;
- Comfortable with MS Office tools and digital recruitment platforms as well as Fluent in English (French is a plus).
