Tech Lead
Your role
As a Tech Lead, you will be a hands‑on technical leader, balancing strong technical expertise with architectural ownership and team leadership. You will ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives while maintaining high engineering standards.
What you’ll do:
Technical Leadership
- Own and drive the technical direction and architecture for assigned products or domains
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable systems aligned with long‑term strategy
- Make informed technology and tooling decisions, evaluating trade‑offs pragmatically
- Review and approve technical designs, architectural proposals and code changes
Delivery & Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of features and technical initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Break down complex business requirements into clear and executable technical plans
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints early
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and CI/CD processes
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting both technical and professional growth
- Provide constructive code reviews and hands‑on technical guidance
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as the technical point of escalation within the team
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Communicate technical concepts, risks and decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Contribute to planning, estimation and roadmap discussions
Your profile
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead or similar technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in at least one core technology stack (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases and cloud‑based architectures
- Hands‑on experience with modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience leading distributed or cross‑functional engineering teams
- Exposure to large‑scale or enterprise‑level systems
- Strong background in performance optimization, security and system reliability
- Previous experience influencing technical strategy at product or domain level
