Your role

• Collaborate with clients to identify business weaknesses, understand end-user needs and assess how new technologies and digital solutions impact processes and customer experience;
• Contribute to project delivery by preparing materials, conducting structured analyses, supporting workshops and creating high-quality deliverables such as presentations, tools and documentation;
• Engage in technically oriented projects to learn and practice how to meet clients’ automation vision and help develop automation solutions to address their business problems;
• Support the creation and development of transformation assets, including process flows, narratives and documentation and help identify and implement process improvements within your area of responsibility;
• Participate in workshops and client meetings by preparing materials, presenting insights and supporting smooth facilitation of discussions;
• Support the implementation of solutions across key business areas, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Analyse, Project and Change Management, Financial Planning and Analytics and other transformation domains.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and very good practical knowledge and skills of whole MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint);
• Very good English both spoken and written and excellent communication skills, with confidence to speak up, ask the right questions, and clearly articulate ideas to both clients and internal stakeholders;
• A strong interest in digital solutions with a particular curiosity about finance transformation; Curiosity or foundational exposure to areas such as programming, automation, systems or application development regarded as a plus, but not mandatory; 
• Exceptional organisational skills, the capacity to work autonomously and an ability to understand a client’s requests and business requirements;
• Appreciation for working in cross-functional and cross-border environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
• Openness to global travel and variable working hours, as required by project needs, including cross-functional and cross-border collaboration.
