YOUR ROLE
•Overall ServiceNow Architecture and Roadmap to be with Vendor
•Responsible /Accountable with client consulted and approving.
•Configure, customize, maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirement
•Develop and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and workflows
•Manage user accounts, including creating, updating, and deactivating accounts as necessary
•Assign roles and permissions within ServiceNow to users for appropriate access levels
•Resolve incidents related to ServiceNow functionality and performance
•Investigate and diagnose ServiceNow related problems, working to find root causes and implement solutions
•Manage and control changes to the ServiceNow platform, providing minimal disruption to service
•Perform regular ServiceNow system maintenance tasks such as backups, performance tuning, and monitoring
•Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and third-party applications
•Manage ServiceNow API integrations, enabling secure and efficient data exchanges
•Handle ServiceNow solution tickets for support requests implementation
•Coordinate with the “ServiceNow Hi Support team” to address ServiceNow product-related issues
•Monitor, alert and action ServiceNow issues
•Perform ServiceNow system administration activities, including monitoring system availability, user and data administration, and instance cloning
•Coordinate plan, prepare, test, and deploy ServiceNow upgrades to production with ServiceNow and Client
•Conduct ServiceNow upgrade regression and UAT testing
•Deliver and Maintain ServiceNow data and configuration integrity by managing data imports, exports, and transformations
•Review, assess, enable new contracted ServiceNow capabilities within Client approved budget
•Maintain and enhance existing service catalog items and integrations enabling reliable and efficient operations, automation, and data exchange


YOUR PROFILE
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, specifically within ITOM and ITSM.
•Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configuration: workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
•Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, third-party systems, data transformations).
•Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, instance cloning, and system administration activities.
•Strong troubleshooting skills for incident and problem management.
•Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem, service catalog).
•Ability to assess requirements, manage configurations, and maintain platform stability.
•Strong communication skills when engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
•Detail-oriented, methodical, and focused on service continuity and quality.
