We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with the ability to translate business needs into robust, high-quality implementations that align with industry best practices.

YOUR ROLE

• Development of customized and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM).
• Implementation and maintenance of triggers, Apex classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.
• Development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for customized interfaces.
• Building and maintaining robust integration between Salesforce and other systems (SAP, ERP) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimizing Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries for high performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Admins, Business Analysts, Project Managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.
• Managing the deployment process (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD tools)

YOUR PROFILE

•Min 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development and at least 3 years on senior role
•Solid experience in APEX, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) si Aura Framework.
•Hands-on experience of Salesforce integration with other external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
•Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and at least in one of the following: Experience Cloud/ Field Service Management.
•Experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder) and a good understanding of how to balance configuration versus code.
•Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governor limits, security model.
•Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Nice to have:
•Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
•Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
•Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) or CI/CD tools.
•Additional Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Integration Architect)
•Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
