Your Role

As a senior project manager with Capgemini, you will act as a trustworthy advisor to the Contracting Authority by developing feasible project plans that achieve project objectives and align with the organization’s overall business strategy. You will also maintain full responsibility for the execution of the specific contract, ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-quality project outcomes.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with user-defined requirements and strategic expectations.
• Managing the design, development, and implementation of software systems - including interoperability components - while ensuring adherence to agreed methodologies and quality standards.
• Preparing and maintaining project and quality plans, estimating timelines, budgets, and resources, and proactively resolving issues to safeguard project delivery.
• Leading and supporting the project team by monitoring activities, reviewing deliverables, and providing timely and accurate progress reporting to all stakeholders.
• Overseeing change control procedures, as well as monitoring costs, schedules, and resource usage to ensure implementation remains within agreed tolerances.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and ITSM or project processes aligned with the Contracting Authority, while fostering continuous skills development within the team.

Your profile

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in consultative IT project management within software development and quality‑related domains, with the ability to build a forward‑looking vision based on comparable large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture, and project management standards and methodologies, including agile and Scrum practices.
• Proven capability in applying and adapting project management methodologies (e.g., PM2, PRINCE2, PMP) with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
• Confident user of project management tools, with the willingness to adopt and work with the tools mandated by the Contracting Authority.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to chair meetings, deliver presentations, and work effectively in complex multicultural environments.
• Ability to understand multidisciplinary constraints and objectives, guiding teams and stakeholders toward aligned, high-quality project outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
