Senior Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

YOUR ROLE

• As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Compensation Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Compensation to meet the business needs of our clients, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite;
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or enhancements required;
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements;
• The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹
