Platform & Tech Community Enablement Consultant

About the job:

Build, scale, and energize internal tech communities while shaping the roadmap for emerging platforms and productivity initiatives. This role combines strong product / PMO capabilities with deep ecosystem understanding and exceptional engagement skills to drive alignment, adoption, and long-term impact.

Your role:

• Build and nurture internal tech and engineering communities (developers, architects, ops, product)

• Identify high-potential platforms, tools, and ecosystem trends relevant to tech productivity

• Shape and maintain a clear roadmap for platforms, enablement initiatives, and communities

• Act as a PM / PMO for cross-team initiatives: planning, prioritization, dependencies, delivery tracking

• Orchestrate engagement through events, communities of practice, forums, demos, and showcases

• Act as a connector between engineering, product, operations, and leadership

Your profile:

• Experience in Product Management, PMO, Platform Enablement, or Tech Transformation roles

• Strong understanding of modern tech ecosystems (cloud, DevOps, platforms, developer tools)

• Proven ability to build and scale communities and engagement initiatives

• Comfortable translating strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented mindset
