Lead TA Business Partner

YOUR ROLE: 

As part of the Human Resources department composed of smart & dedicated people like yourself who make an impact, you will play a key role in supporting Capgemini Romania Delivery Center’s recruitment strategy. You will work closely with the Delivery Center, contributing to recruitment operations, performance monitoring and employer branding initiatives towards talents. The role is strategic, visible, independent, hands-on and with a broad responsibility, you will partner and interact with passionate leaders and stakeholders across Romania and France, and our HR community from Europe.

  • You will be responsible for creating effective recruitment strategies and planning operational activities by co-creating a coherent strategy or unique recruitment action plans; as well as setting-up and managing a team of recruitment specialists;
  • You will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting/sourcing to signed contracts;
  • You will drive and implement continuous improvements and innovations that ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience;
  • You will consolidate and update recruitment KPIs, producing dashboards and contributing to continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You should have at least 5+ years of proven experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services from an international company; a management consultancy/professional services organization working in a similar role, alternatively a background from a headhunting/executive search company or an innovative line organization;
  • At least1-2 years of experience in a leading role, familiar with reporting and project management;
  • Passion for talent acquisition-and attraction, great service mentality, energy, drive, and being recognized as a trusted advisor;
  • Analytical and structured, and having a data driven approach, and comfortable with MS Office tools and digital recruitment platforms;
  • A flexible mindset and ability to handle rapidly changing prioritization;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
