Junior Customer Service Representative (Supply Chain) with French

Your Role

  • Validate basic customer orders and enter data accurately in SAP;
  • Serve as a first contact for simple customer questions and escalate complex requests;
  • Assist with delivery scheduling and updates in coordination with Logistics;
  • Prepare standard shipping and export documents;
  • Support monitoring of payments and help send reminders for overdue invoices;
  • Assist with stock checks, distribution plan updates, and basic after-sales follow-up.

Your Profile

  • 0-3 months of experience in Customer Service – Supply Chain;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and French - minimum B2 level;
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation;
  • Basic understanding of commercial processes (nice to have);
  • MS Office knowledge;
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
