As an Integration Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange across enterprise systems in areas such as retail, supply chain, finance, and digital platforms. You will work closely with both technical and business teams, contributing directly to business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.
YOUR ROLE
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements to identify integration needs across enterprise systems.
- Design, document, and maintain system integrations ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Develop, configure, and support integrations using enterprise integration tools and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions aligned with retail and operational processes.
- Monitor production integrations, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents or performance issues.
- Perform integration testing, validation, and support during system upgrades, enhancements, or new solution deployments.
- Ensure integrations comply with security, data protection, and corporate IT standards.
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflows.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, ESB, API management solutions).
- Strong experience with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Solid knowledge of data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, enterprise architectures, and data flows.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments;
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions.
- Exposure to retail, supply chain, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
