Your role

As a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer with Capgemini, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership and strategic influence to shape, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms. You will lead DevOps and platform initiatives, guide teams on best practices, and play a central role in enabling cloud‑native delivery, automation‑first operations, and DevSecOps across Azure or AWS environments.

In this role you will:

• Act as technical lead for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation initiatives, guiding teams and ensuring high standards of quality, security, and scalability.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS DevOps services for secure products and reusable building blocks.
• Lead the development and enforcement of Infrastructure as Code and automation standards using Terraform and Ansible across all environments (dev, test, non‑prod, prod).
• Collaborate closely with architects to define cloud platform standards, landing zones, and resilient, cost‑effective architectures on Azure or AWS.
• Embed DevSecOps practices by integrating security scans, compliance controls, and governance into pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Mentor DevOps and development engineers, conduct technical reviews, and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or platform engineering roles, with proven responsibility for technical leadership.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services and the design of production‑grade CI/CD platforms.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible, and enforcing reusable, versioned standards.
• Proven ability to implement DevSecOps practices and support secure cloud product delivery in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and automation mindset, with the ability to lead technically and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ‑400) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (DOP‑C02).
