Job Description
As a Data Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational and financial efficiency across our Eastern European offices. You’ll manage purchase orders, budgets, supplier contracts, and logistics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Facilities. If you’re passionate about coordination, precision, and regional impact, this role is for you.
Your role:
• Manage and approve recurring and one-time Purchase Orders across Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia
• Coordinate office supplies and logistics for multiple locations
• Confirm Goods Receipts and validate invoices (courier, rent, utilities, etc.)
• Track budgets and report local spendings in collaboration with financial controllers
• Support annual budget planning for operational and contractual costs
• Handle contracts and annexes with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
• Verify supplier lists and manage documentation
• Collect and compare vendor offers and pricing
• Manage claims and liaise with landlords on commercial topics
• Reconcile service charge statements and manage indexations
• Oversee taxi voucher orders and validations
• Support Work-from-Home equipment allocation and documentation
• Conduct annual asset inventory and manage disposal/donation processes
• Organize client catering and assist with branding materials
• Coordinate BCP logistics and facilities across the EE region
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Experience in financial operations, procurement, or office management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and across multiple countries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English; other Eastern European languages are a plus
