Your Role
- Managing the daily operations of the O2C team, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance;
- Allocating tasks, balancing workload, and monitoring team performance;
- Handling escalated issues and acting as the primary operational contact for clients;
- Providing coaching, performance feedback, and development plans for team members;
- Overseeing billing accuracy, payment posting, reconciliations, and dispute management;
- Supporting transitions, cross‑training, and onboarding activities.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of O2C experience with at least 1 year in a coordination or supervisory role;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Polish - minimum B2 level;
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance‑management abilities;
- Experience interacting with clients and managing escalations;
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.
