Accelerate engineering and IT productivity by embedding AI into daily workflows, with a strong focus on GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted DevOps, testing automation and IT Operations (AIOps). The role is hands-on and outcome-driven, focused on adoption, measurable impact, and scale.

YOUR ROLE

• Drive real-world adoption of GitHub Copilot (SpecKit/ OpenSpec MCP servers etc knowledge) across engineering teams
• Define best-practice usage for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and reviews
• Apply AI to IT Ops use cases: incident analysis, log analysis, root cause identification
• Automate operational runbooks and repetitive IT tasks
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and overall developer experience
• Run workshops, labs, coaching sessions, and support hackathons and pilots

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong tech background (software development, DevOps, or SRE)
• Transformation projects in tech is a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot in production environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC
• Practical experience applying AI to engineering and operational workflows
• Autonomous, delivery-focused consultant with strong stakeholder management skills
