Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Your role:

  • Lead and contribute to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare;
  • Configure and support template design, eligibility rules and campaign preparations;
  • Facilitate customer workshops and translate business requirements into effective solutions;
  • Contribute to solution design and architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with SAP best practices;
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing configurations;
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, consultants, and customers throughout the delivery lifecycle;
  • Support testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities;
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new Compensation functionality.

Your profile:

Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹
