Senior AI Engineer
Your role
As an AI Solution Architect with Capgemini, you will act as the technical lead and architecture owner for AI solutions delivered for our client. You will design, govern, and document AI solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client requirements, security principles, Azure private cloud boundaries, and agreed architecture standards.
In this role you will:
- Define and maintain the system design document, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and component interface contracts
- Define the technology stack, solution architecture, and integration patterns for AI services.
- Design Knowledge Graph, LLM, RAG, AI Agent and document-processing solutions
- Design the GraphRAG retrieval pattern, Knowledge Graph schema, and LangGraph orchestration topology.
- Establish the dedicated agent layer model, including responsibilities, dispatch rules, and extensibility boundaries
- Review designs, code, and technical decisions.
- Support POCs and impact assessments
- Produce architecture documentation.
- Review all technical deliverables for compliance with the seven architecture principles.
Your profile
- 8 -12 years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an AI Architect, Solution Architect, or AI Solution Engineer.
- Experience designing AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, AI Agents, and document-processing pipelines
- Good understanding of Azure cloud architecture, private cloud boundaries, IAM, networking, and secure AI service deployment.
- Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to define technical documentation, architecture decisions, integration contracts, and API boundaries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
