About the Job

The Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Users’ Onboarding program, ensuring the successful integration of another company’s employees in the existing operating and technology landscape. The role leads the program from both business and IT perspectives, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to deliver the agreed target state and business outcomes.

 

Your Role 

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Users’ Onboarding program. 
  • Coordinate business and IT workstreams, including HR, Identity & Access Management, Collaboration (M365), End User Computing, Service Management, Payroll, and application onboarding.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes. 
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Monitor program progress, budgets, resources, and delivery readiness.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers impacting timelines, scope, or quality.

 

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of Program Management experience and minimum 6 years of Project Management experience
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Project and Program Management demonstrable skills
  • Project Management certification is a plus (PMP, Prince or similar)
