Senior Product & Systems Engineering Consultant - Transformation
Your Role
Join Capgemini Engineering and help shape the future of Systems Engineering and Digital Transformation across defence, aerospace, and other complex industries. Working with leading experts, you'll deliver MBSE and Systems Engineering solutions, support large-scale transformation programmes, and help clients improve their engineering capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead Systems Engineering and MBSE transformation initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and improve engineering processes.
- Apply industry-standard frameworks, methodologies, and toolsets.
- Provide technical leadership and consultancy across complex programmes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability growth.
- Support business development and strengthen client relationships.
Our senior consultants are expected to contribute significantly to sales support, the improvement of Capgemini Engineering’s systems engineering capability, and to networking across the systems engineering community to develop their reputation as experts in their chosen field.
Your Profile
- Experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of systems engineering frameworks, SysML, and modelling tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar.
- Understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

- Hybrid Working: This is a permanent role with Capgemini, offering a hybrid working model. Occasional travel to client locations and the nearest Capgemini office will be required.
