The Security Architect- DevSecOps provides a mix of hands-on AWS investigation, architectural analysis; and Security design work - defining the security solutions and ways of working. You would be operating in a multi-disciplinary sprint team as subject matter expert and will need to embed security ways of working into multi-disciplinary teams at the outset of every workstream; take ownership of technical solutions and negotiate prioritization with developer leads, DevOps leads and programme management.
 

Your skills and experience

  • Solid understanding of AWS, utilizing a broad suite of native AWS security tools in an enterprise AWS deployment such as Inspector, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config 
  • Experience in AWS IAM, STS, policy and structure
  • Experience in the following tools/concepts- Jenkins pipelines, Artifactory, Jfrog x-ray, Terraform, GitLab source, code repository, Jira integrations/plugins, Containerisation, Lambda, Java Microservices, SonarQube
  • Experience working as a client-side advisor responsible for steering DevSecOps initiatives.
     

Eligibility checks

If you are successfully offered a role at Capgemini, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. 
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
