Your Role
- Coordinate and conduct data assessments activities into SAP systems, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and loading.
- Support the design and documentation of master data structures, validation rules, and templates for local requirements.
- Work with SAP tools such as LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP Data Services, or SAP MDG workflows.
- Work with Business team for Data Assessment and Readiness of current data ecosystem.
- Apply and enforce SAP global data standards, naming conventions, and governance policies.
- Review data quality dashboards and work with the BPO team to improve accuracy and cycle times.
- Monitor SAP master data KPIs such as completeness, duplicates, attribute compliance, and change cycle times.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP master data domains (Vendor, Customer, Material, BP, Finance).
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, SAP data analysis, data migration, or data quality roles—ideally within consulting or shared services/BPO environments.
- Experience supporting data assessment, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities, using tools such as Excel, SAP LSMW, SAP MDG (preferred), or data loaders.
- Exposure to data migration cycles—field mapping, mock loads, defect management, and cutover support—for SAP ECC or S/4HANA programs.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and execute UAT scenarios, log defects, and work with technical and functional teams on issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data controls, and quality checks.
- Ability to create clear documentation, including mapping sheets, test scripts, and data quality reports.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to translate data issues into business-friendly language.
- Experience in consulting or working in structured delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an advantage.
